Vista Verde involved the careful restoration and adaptation of an existing home into high-quality short-stay accommodation. Original features were retained where possible and complemented with precise, contemporary construction to improve comfort, durability and functionality. The work balances respect for the building’s character with clean, modern detailing, allowing old and new to sit comfortably together.

Delivered with a strong focus on build quality and finish, the project demonstrates how thoughtful construction can extend the life of an existing structure while meeting modern expectations. Now operating as accommodation through Airbnb, the build showcases our capability in adaptive reuse, refurbishment, and detail-driven projects where restraint and execution matter as much as design intent.
